2 Year Recordable Injury-Free Celebration!

We recently celebrated a massive milestone: surpassing two years recordable injury-free on May 8th! We are incredibly proud of this team's dedication to keeping each other safe day in and day out.

To celebrate, our team enjoyed a Steak & Lobster lunch, and every single team member received a Blackstone Griddle as a gift.

As our Plant Manager, Andrew Savage, puts it: "This is an incredible milestone, and our safety record and culture are the things I am most proud of as I walk through the door every morning. It is a result of this team having each other's backs, looking out for one another each day, and ensuring total commitment and ex*****on of providing our teammates a safe place to work."

Grand Opening Alert!

We are thrilled to share that we officially celebrated the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of our brand-new Clinic!

This milestone is a direct reflection of our commitment to those who make LP Houlton possible. We are invested in the long-term health of our employees and their families because our people are, and always will be, our greatest strength. It is a true honor to support our team and their loved ones by opening this Clinic.

The results are in for the LP Houlton Chili Cook-Off, and while all the chilis were fire, the sibling rivalry was even hotter!

1st Place: Justin Foss (Millwright)
Justin took home the top prize with a chili so good it officially has "legendary" status at the mill.

2nd Place: Adam Foster (Warehouse Trucker)
3rd Place: Darah Hughes (Office Administrator)

BUT... WE HAD A SITUATION.
It turns out that Ariel Foss (Safety Manager) was not exactly "safe" with her emotions regarding the results. The sibling rivalry reached a boiling point when Ariel decided that if she couldn't win the title, she’d just take it anyway!

We are proud supporters of Houlton Humane Society!

🗣 HUGE SHOUT OUT🗣 to these three ladies coming in with a whole lot of donations for our shelter fur-babies! They are representing, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP).

We can't thank you ladies enough. They got a tour of the shelter and met some of our amazing animals while doing so. We look forward to working with you in the near future❤️
