Exciting Update from C&B Machinery!

We’ve just received a Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machine from one of our valued automotive customers, and we’re kicking off the tear-down process for a full rebuild.

At C&B Machinery, we specialize in high-quality upgrades and rebuilds for critical manufacturing equipment. This VTL will undergo inspection, teardown, retool, and realignment to ensure it’s ready to perform at its best when it returns to the production floor.

in Action!

One of our global automotive customers is bringing machines back to the U.S., and we’re excited to support the transition! This 30” Double Disc Grinding Machine, originally installed in an Asian plant, is being retooled, reautomated, and upgraded for a Michigan-based program.

We’re replacing a complex automation system with a streamlined Fanuc robot, improving efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with the customer’s existing designs. This upgrade strengthens U.S. manufacturing while optimizing production for the future.

We’re excited to see this machine back in action and stayed tuned for updates!

C&B Machinery will be closed next week starting Monday, December 23rd to allow our team to celebrate Christmas with their friends and families. We will reopen and resume normal operations on Thursday, December 26th.

We’re thrilled to announce the successful shipment of another custom-built Double Disc Grinding Machine Cell to a major North American Automotive Manufacturer! This retooled C&B Machinery 30" Model DG2H-SA-30 features extremely flexible Swing Arm tooling (previously Rotary Plunge), making it much more adaptable for a wide variety of transmission gears.

Key Enhancements Include:
• Increased Flexibility: Highly Adaptable Swing Arm Tooling
• Enhanced Automation: Fully Integrated FANUC America Corporation Robot to Simplify Part Handling
