🎉 Congratulations to Rick on 37 years with Metko! 🎉

Rick joined Metko back in 1987 — when everything was still made by hand.
“No lasers, no turrets,” he says. “We were one step above blacksmithing.”

Fast-forward nearly four decades, and Rick’s workday looks a little different.
Now he’s surrounded by automated forming robots and cutting-edge Amada lasers that help Metko deliver the precision our customers count on.

Over the years, Rick’s seen a lot of faces come and go — and even a few return.
“They realize the grass is always greener at Metko,” he says with a grin.

Rick loves the challenge of custom manufacturing. “No two days are the same,” he says. “And some of the parts I’ve made are literally out of this world — they’re up on the International Space Station!” 🚀

We’re proud to have Rick as part of the Metko family and grateful for everything he’s helped us build over 37 incredible years.
