Sign completed, over a year in design and fabrication. We were responsible for the frame, motion, pole mounts, & various other things, we basically got a sketch and said make it work. We are pretty happy with the end product and the customer is elated. The frame was all laser welded with TIG welding in all the critical portions, MIG welding on all the steel aspects. If you ever find yourself in York PA, swing by and check it out!

Super happy with how smooth this gloss black turned out. I’ve gone round and round with gloss black for years, despising how much orange peel would be present in the final finish. Cardinal’s BK12 has virtually eliminated my drawbacks in shooting gloss black. You still need a good substrate to achieve these results, so no, pitted or rough cast steel will not render this finish, but properly prepared smooth surfaces yield these type of results.

A little project for Mike came in the other day. Design and make an overlander rack for this we designed the rack to fit all the gear Mike dropped off. I wanted the tent to sit lower to have less drag and also because this truck is lifted and running 37” tires. Made from 1 1/2” .125 wall tubing, this rack is rigid and truly fits in the over landing world!

Video of it hitting 46 mph before we had to stop. The alley is pretty bumpy in the middle where the video was shot from, so couldn’t get on it until passing by the camera. I’ve raced motorcycles for more than a decade but this little thing is terrifying when you open it up!

I’ve owned this 1969 Honda Z50 MiniTrail since 1994 when I bought it off a kid for $50. I used it as a pit bike when at the race track for years until I could afford a scooter. I always wanted to restore it, but to be honest, they are terrible to ride because they are so slow. In 1968 Honda introduced this to the world and it started the mini bike craze. I wanted to bring an OG into the future while still keeping the look of the past. The tank is original and the stickers I put on in the 90s and didn’t want to lose that nostalgia from my racing days. So on to answering future questions, top speed is around 67mph, no we haven’t hit it yet, only 46mph in the video. No the tank does not do anything other than cover wiring and keeps the original look. All parts are original with the exception of handle bars, seat, and of course our fabrication work and additional electronics for the conversion. I designed this as a bolt on kit, ie no cutting or welding to frame. The rear swing arm adds 9” to length to help keep it down. I am not done yet with the battery box as it is to square for my liking. It is a 72volt Molicell system, any other questions ask away!

A contractor restoring the outside of the Harrisburg Forum came to us with a task; recreate this extremely rare lock for the bronze gates. We reversed engineered the design and tweaked a few things, but I am very impressed how this turned out. Machined out of 954 bronze and brass.
