How much productivity is your current test equipment costing you?
For many aerospace maintenance and manufacturing facilities, testing hydraulic actuators can create bottlenecks. Limited test capacity, difficult fixture setups, fluid management challenges, and safety concerns can all slow down operations and increase labor costs.
That's why customers work with Chant Engineering to develop custom testing solutions tailored to their workflow.
This Aircraft Hydraulic Actuator Test Stand was designed around operator efficiency and safe, repeatable testing. The 5-station test stand allows multiple units to be connected and tested from a single hydraulic power source, helping increase throughput while maintaining a compact footprint.
The test station features a slotted steel test bed, a hinged clear polycarbonate safety enclosure, and dedicated supply and return manifolds with five quick-disconnect connection points each. Additional features include locking casters for mobility, an integrated test area sink, and a 10-gallon sump tank with automatic fluid recovery to help keep the work area clean and minimize downtime.
To support accurate testing and diagnostics, the system includes pressure transducers on both the supply and return circuits, as well as thermocouples that continuously monitor hydraulic fluid temperatures.
The result is a safer, cleaner, and more efficient testing environment that helps operators spend less time managing equipment and more time completing tests.
If your current test setup is limiting productivity, creating safety concerns, or struggling to keep up with demand, let's discuss a custom solution built around your specific requirements.
