Our customer, Progressive Tool & Die, was machining A2 at 60 HRC and their part needed 1 hour on the grinding machine afterwards to achieve the required surface finish. One of our FRAISA application specialists recommended our NX Face-Finisher to eliminate additional grinding work! The NX reduced the customers finishing time to 10 minutes per part on the mill, which allows them to complete 6 parts in an hour rather than just one!
