I wasn’t happy with the results from simply tracing the existing hardware and decided to actually measure these nuts and create some clean layout lines. I was able to cut out two of these before my blade was toast. Today I used some paraffin wax and that extended the life of the saw blade substantially. Let me know if yall like it better with or without the stamped face. Thanks to everyone with the great feedback yesterday, hopefully I will be able to order my next batch.

After searching for months, I decided to make these massive pin connection nuts myself. Il be tapping them in another video. If anyone has suggestions on where to source these or has a better way of fabricating them, I’m all ears.

Working on the plates that will represent the pin connections on the truss. I will be making some custom Lomas nuts for these connecting points. Shoutout to Jay-Cee Sales & Rivet for getting me setup with rivets last minute!.
