Last Friday, a few members of our team spent time volunteering at the New Braunfels Food Bank.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support an organization that does so much for our community. It was a great reminder of how much goes on behind the scenes, and we’re thankful we could be a small part of it.

Happy Friday! After a long week of hard work, our team likes to wind down with a little Friday trivia and some friendly competition. It’s a fun way to wrap up the week, share a few laughs, and see who has the most random knowledge in the office.

Our team came together to spread some holiday cheer through the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child program! Everyone pitched in by bringing items kids would love and need, and thanks to all that generosity, we reached our goal of filling 60 shoeboxes for children this Christmas. 🎁✨

We're honored to partner with Comal County, Texas, through the Adopt-A-Roadway program. Giving back to our community and helping keep our roads clean is something our team is proud to be a part of. Thank you to everyone who came out to lend a hand!

They hit the road for another successful Adopt A Roadway clean up and honestly, this is exactly the kind of community spirit that keeps Comal County beautiful.

Our Adopt A Roadway volunteers commit to cleaning their section at least twice a year and groups like HMT are a perfect example of how well this program works when neighbors pitch in.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! This is a great time to pause and reflect on all that we have to be grateful for. We are especially thankful for our incredible employees, whose hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes make our company what it is.

This season, we were able to celebrate together with Friendsgiving gatherings at both our New Braunfels and San Antonio offices. We also created “thankful walls” at each office, where team members shared what they’re grateful for. This was a simple reminder of the people, moments, and opportunities that mean the most to us.

From all of us here at HMT, we wish you a happy and meaningful Thanksgiving filled with gratitude and time with those you care about. 🧡🦃

We're a little late on sharing, but for Halloween this year, our team put together a Candy Land themed booth for the Spooktacular event in downtown New Braunfels! We had a great time passing out candy and visiting with all the local trick-or-treaters.

We also held a pumpkin-decorating contest here in the office for our team and their families. We had adult and kid categories, and the creativity did not disappoint!

A big thank you to for hosting such a fantastic event. We loved being part of the Spooktacular festivities and look forward to doing it again next year! 🎃

Over the past few weeks, members of our team had the privilege of attending the UTSA and Texas A&M career fairs. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet so many bright and driven students, share more about who we are, and talk about the exciting opportunities we have to offer.

We are also excited to announce our upcoming Shadow Day on December 18th. This program allows students to spend the day with our team, gain valuable exposure to our work, and explore what a potential career with us could look like.

Last weekend, our team members volunteered in the Adopt-A-Roadway program. They came together to pick up trash on the road and helped keep New Braunfels clean.
