NOW HIRING: CNC & MANUAL MACHINIST
Full-Time | Heavy Industrial Manufacturing | Short-Run & Custom Machining
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated machinist for our heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication shop. Our work includes custom and short-run production, industrial repairs, reverse engineering, and modification of existing components.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate Hurco CNC mills, CNC lathes (including EZ Path), manual vertical mills, and automatic bandsaws.
• Read and interpret blueprints, determine machining processes, and produce accurate finished parts.
• Select appropriate tooling, feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters for steel, stainless, AR steel, aluminum, and other materials.
• Independently troubleshoot machining problems, optimize toolpaths, and improve efficiency.
• Perform precision measurements, quality inspections, and routine machine maintenance.
• Reverse engineer, repair, and modify industrial components as needed.
• Maintain accurate finished-part inventory and production records, coordinating with warehouse personnel to reconcile quantities and organize inventory.
• Assist with light welding, fabrication, material handling, and general shop organization.

Qualifications:
• Proven CNC and manual machining experience, preferably in a short-run or job shop environment.
• Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling, workholding, machining tolerances, and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and maintain quality standards.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• CNC programming, conversational controls, CAD/CAM, and welding experience are a plus.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG and TIG welding, plasma cutting, arc gouging and oxy-fuel cutting. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Pay scale relates to experience
Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG .035 and .0625"as well as TIG welding on various metals and materials.
• Operate plasma cutting equipment, arc gouges, and oxy-fuel cutting torches.

• Weld metal structures and components according to specifications.
