Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG and TIG welding, plasma cutting, arc gouging and oxy-fuel cutting. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Pay scale relates to experience
Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG .035 and .0625"as well as TIG welding on various metals and materials.
• Operate plasma cutting equipment, arc gouges, and oxy-fuel cutting torches.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Weld metal structures and components according to specifications.
• Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding and fabrication issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification or technical training preferred.
