Job Description/Requirements:

5+ years of professional work experience on a variety of projects including commercial.

Proficiency in using the following computer softwares: Autodeck AEC suits (Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk 3D max and Navisworks) in addition to Bluebeam, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Twin motion, and Microsoft Office.

High level of proficiency in REVIT/BIM is required.

Eligible to take Architectural registration examination with NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Board).

Knowledge of design and construction.

Generating construction detailing drawings and collaborate drawings with different disciplines like Structural/MEP.

Pustola Past Project of the week: Richard Chevrolet of Cheshire, CT

Pustola and Associates completed Richard Chevrolet Inc. of Cheshire, CT back in 2013. This dealership located on Highland Avenue in Cheshire has undergone a major expansion making it the largest Chevrolet dealership in the state. This facility was expanded to 37,000 square feet and has room for over 500 vehicles. It was constructed using recycled building materials and energy efficient lighting.

Pustola Past Project of the week: LATICRETE International Headquarters- Bethany, CT
Pustola & Associates provided Design-Build services for LATICRETE International at their headquarters in Bethany, CT. We Design-Built a 32,000 sq.ft. Office and 110,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and warehousing facility. LATICRETE products were incorporated throughout the project. Attractive masonry work is featured on both the interior and exterior of the office building. Interesting elements include the installation of a water feature and a glass block colonnade. The manufacturing and warehousing facility included office, R&D facilities, and an aerobic room with an exercise area. A 110’ high batch manufacturing tower is the centerpiece of the production facility.

Pustola Past Project of the Week: Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County, CT

Pustola & Associates provided design-build services for this 8,000SF extensive renovation to house VNA's clinical and administrative offices. With a constrained budget and a project completion deadline of 6 months, the dilapidated building was turned into a light-filled contemporary office space that was designed in such a way as to convey this organizations mission in a welcoming atmosphere.

Pustola’s Past Project of the Week: Valenti Volvo of Watertown, CT

Pustola & Associates provided design-build services for this turnkey renovation, which is home to Valenti Volvo of Watertown, CT. This 5,000 SF automotive dealership consists of a modern showroom, sales offices, and service bay. Key project features include an extended parapet, wood display casing around the storefront to showcase new vehicles, and aluminum composite panels on the exterior skin of the building.
