Custom Outdoor Steel Fire Pit – Concept to Reality 🔥
A few months ago, we were commissioned to conceptualize and engineer a custom metal fire pit—designed with a sculptural layout of steel fins and a natural oxidation finish.
The full design development (technical drafting, proportions, geometry, assembly system and material specs) was completed from scratch, transforming a simple idea into a manufacturable object.
Even though the design phase was never paid, we still love how this concept came to life. It’s a reminder that great objects start with industrial design + engineering, long before the first weld is made.
