We engaged Lancaster Home Remodeling while considering a massive kitchen overhaul that had not been updated in over 20 years. I am not particularly savvy when it comes to remodeling so I needed to rely on a contractor that had experience in kitchen design and could guide me through the process. After vetting a number of contractors I landed on one that was a stone’s throw away from my residence. That was John Lancaster.

I’m a lifelong Natick resident and I know a number of people in town but this was a major upgrade and I needed someone I could fully trust. I asked John why I don’t see his name plastered all over trucks and signs like everyone else? His response, “I’ve spent almost 30 years trying to stay under the radar and choose my clients wisely”. That along with a number of endorsements was what I needed to feel confident in my selection.

John in my estimation is the best contractor to work with as he is honest as the day is long. He cuts through the minutia to explain all of your options, give his expertise opinion, look to save you a few dollars in the process and he holds the people who work with him accountable. In addition he held himself to the timeline he originally proposed and completed the project on time and on budget.

We are thankful for this fantastic milestone! Completing a fifth project with the same family to close out 2025! There is something uniquely rewarding about returning to a home and seeing it evolve alongside the family's needs.

This basement remodel in Wellesley included a kitchen, half bath, game room, and living areas creating an entire "home within a home."

The kitchen cabinets and trim were painted with Benjamin Moore "Hale Navy", new LVP flooring as well as carpet and wallpaper in the game room.

We are looking forward to working together with this Natick family in the winter to make their kitchen dreams come true, but before the ground freezes, they asked us to stop by to re-build their front steps.

We are in the final stages of a full basement remodel in Wellesley and I will share the pictures in the upcoming weeks! Wait until you see the updated living space, all I can say is "WOW"........

In the early spring we launched into two full gut bathroom renovations with a Natick family of four.

The complete renovations included stripping the bathrooms down to the studs and rebuilding them both from the ground up allowing for a complete redesign and upgrades of the spaces.

It has been our honor to work with the Natick family who trusted us to create the bathrooms that they envisioned.

A quick deck project in Newton; we have worked with this family on many other projects at that their home over the years.
It was a pleasure to work with them again!

Our spring included transforming an unfinished area above a garage in Wayland into an office space.

Our customers had a vision for the space that included lots of natural light and work spaces with built-in cabinets.

This is the first of two projects planned with the Wayland family.

It was a cold, quick project to open 2025! But that's ok, because our customer is looking forward to enjoying a cup of coffee on the new portico when the mornings are warmer!
