We caught this shadow figure moving through our grid lights on multiple cameras! We slowed it down frame by frame and it actually moved one way across the lights and then back the other direction! Bell Witch Cave and cabin highly active spot!

Reviewing evidence from our investigation at the historic Bell Witch Cave just gave us chills all over again.

While going through footage, Alishah from Appalachia Lightworker Paranormal caught something incredible… the shadow figure we watched move across the grid light with our own eyes didn’t just move once , it moved TWICE the opposite direction!!

Seeing it back on video completely validated what we experienced in that moment. Sometimes evidence hits different when you realize your eyes didn’t deceive you. We also caught it on two different cameras! I posted that one on our page as well.

Last night felt like stepping into the pages of Appalachian folklore itself. As a witch and paranormal investigator, walking through the historic Bell Witch Cave was equal parts humbling, eerie, and unforgettable. The energy there carries stories, whispers, and a heaviness that lingers long after you leave.

There’s something powerful about standing in a place where legend, spirit, and history intertwine so deeply. Between the darkness of the cave, the stillness of the land, and the moments that simply can’t be explained, it reminded me why I’m drawn to this path in the first place.

Bucket list investigation officially checked off… but I have a feeling the Bell Witch’s story stays with you long after the night is over. 🖤🕯️🔮
