Anyone getting ready to start planning for a custom home to be built, and are in need of plans to be drawn to obtain building permits and a set of construction documents for getting contractor quotes, building or just to get out of your head and onto paper, please send them my way! If your project requires a structural engineer seal, I can also handle this in house as I have a relationship with an engineer I work with who gives me a much better rate than most can get due to the fact that I use him for all of my projects, which I pass the savings on to mu customer. I do everything from additions, new home construction, garages, decks or any other project that needs a set of plans. Best prices around, and much appreciation for the opportunity!
