The Biscuit Express recently updated both of their locations from a push button intercom that they originally opened for business with in 1997, to the HME NEXEO system. Jessica stopped in to see how they were doing. The staff is so pleased with their upgrade. Now their communication with customers is a good as their food. This is really no surprise to me. Drive thrus are far more profitable than lobbies. That is what many operators discovered when they closed their lobbies during the pandemic. Furthermore, drive thru only saves a lot of real estate costs.
