Over the weekend, one of Collier Engineering’s youngest team members got to take her dad—Landscape Architect Nick Tuttle—to the grand opening of the new Event Pavilion and the beautifully restored Croquet Club at Centennial Park.

Nick may have provided the professional expertise, but we all know who was really there for the final inspection. And from what we hear, the improvements are officially Charlie-approved. ✅

We’re proud to have played a part in improvements to one of Nashville’s most iconic parks—and even happier when the next generation gets to see the finished product firsthand.

More affordable housing is opening its doors in Nashville! 🏘️

Park Point East brings more than 200 new affordable housing units to East Nashville as part of MDHA’s ongoing Cayce Transformation. Collier Engineering is proud to have contributed Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) services to a project helping strengthen Nashville communities and expand housing opportunities.

Collier Engineering is proud to have supported this project with a multidisciplinary team providing Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Landscape Architecture services.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with the project team and help bring a development like this from planning to construction. We look forward to watching The Hub at 607 take shape and contribute to the continued growth of the Madison community.

We're proud to see the vision for Croquet Cafe become a reality! As a member of the design team, Collier Engineering was honored to work alongside Metro Parks, Centennial Park Conservancy, and an outstanding group of local partners to help transform the historic Croquet Clubhouse into Nashville's first permanent park café. This project is an example of how thoughtful design and strong public-private partnerships can create lasting community spaces that enhance the visitor experience for generations to come. Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this exciting addition to Centennial Park to life!

Our Landscape Architecture team traded the office for the job site to watch a post-tension slab pour at sunrise. Something is rewarding about seeing a project move from plans on paper to construction in the field, especially as the first light of the day hits fresh concrete.
These site visits allow our team to coordinate with contractors, observe construction progress, and ensure the design vision is becoming reality. Plus, it's hard to beat a sunrise view from the middle of a project taking shape.
