A good roller rack is a must have when transferring heavier parts from your spray booth to oven (unless you have one of our swinging hinge units)! It also reduces the risk of burns and decreases the likelihood of knocking powder off. If you’re wanting to build your own, here are some tips that will help you:
1 - Use large casters (all metal casters)
2 - Have simple areas to hang parts
3 - Sturdy welded frame
4 - Keep spray zone open (make sure your frame doesn’t interfere with spraying your parts)
5 - Make sure it fits, give yourself plenty of room
