More than 40,000 square feet of tenting came together to create this year’s Swan Ball, transforming an open field into an unforgettable evening.

From the first truckload on site to the final details in place, every part of the build required coordination, craftsmanship, and the dedication of an incredible crew working behind the scenes to bring it all together.

And just like that, we did it.

Another incredible year at the Iroquois Steeplechase! 🏇

After weeks of preparation across Percy Warner Park, it’s always rewarding seeing race day come to life. We’re grateful to be part of such a special Nashville tradition and to spend the day with so many familiar faces, clients, and friends year after year.
