Apothecary setup, honeybees relaunched, and commercial scale strawberry production is being planned out! Seascapes and Albion varieties will be grown in spring fed irrigated vertical towers on the property, resulting in some of the healthiest and tastiest berries produced in the region.

Relaunch will see if all fall under Renegade Ridge Ranch, and will be woman owned as well!

Ok folks! 2026 will see this page grow into more than just the items we have been offering! You will see our homestead stuff begin to show as we meld the shops business in with the farm! We will be hatching out 30 chicks a week here shortly and offering them as started 3-4 week old chicks.

My crowning glory in design lately is this spoon! Very well balanced, with a very generous bowl volume, and nice deep bowl. This is perfect for the home sauce maker, with a very good bowl to take out good sample volumes at a time!

We have called this the Saucier Spoon, will drop very shortly for purchase.

Spatula #3! A long tapered end with cutout center, a million kitchen uses! Also is very useful for fishing out eggs or things in pots!

One thing we have wanted to do was make up some pasta items, and here is the first one!

Our Shallow Pasta Spoon features a classic shape in the head, with a nicely rounded handle!

So to announce! We have the shop opened back up now. House stuff has been wrapped up that caused us to shut it down, so no more issues will occur with any orders being delayed or anything!

And I ask that if any one places an order that previously bought an order and was one of the delayed ones, please note this in the note to seller when you order.

Anyone that does this will get an additional utensil free from us as a thank you for understanding and faith in our long term reputation for honesty and integrity.

I will be adding the new items we are rolling out in the next couple of days as well, once they show here they should be listed.

Hedeby Spatula #2!! Just like our standout Hedeby Spatula #1, this one has more of a traditional shape, with a lovely tapered handle!

Next new item is what we are calling the Hedeby Scraper!

It has a wonderful feel in the hand, with the crook in the handle being kept from the original artifact that the pattern was made from.

The head is about 1" wide, and about 8" long.

I felt it appropriate to start these with this great new offering, a scraping spoon that was suggested by someone. To define this, here is what the purpose of this spoon is!

A scraping spoon is used for cooking, stirring, and scraping the bottom of pots and pans. It acts as a hybrid of a spatula and spoon, ideal for sauteing, breaking up meat, deglazing, and serving.
