✨The Hub at Daniel’s Parkway✨

The first of five industrial flex buildings has broken ground and is well underway! This 36,000 square foot, multi-tenant building will include 18 units with 14’ x 14’ overhead garage doors, HVAC, fire sprinklers, high bay lighting, and a single ADA complaint bathroom in each.

🎉 Project Complete: CentrePlace

We’re proud to announce the completion of this new retail plaza, now finished and ready for leasing. This development features a 44,130 SF two-story building along with two additional 5,625 SF buildings, creating a versatile commercial destination for the community.

The plaza is designed to support a variety of tenants including restaurant, retail, medical, and professional office space, with one building featuring a convenient drive-thru.

From planning to completion, our team was proud to bring this project to life and deliver a high-quality space that will support local businesses and serve the community for years to come.
