What an incredible day of learning and connecting!

Yesterday was an amazing day at the American Boiler Manufacturers Association hashtag conference! The group got a tour of the Abbott Northwestern Hospital Central Utility Plant (CUP) which beautifully designed and engineered systems to deliver reliable, efficient energy to their facilities.

Attendees had the opportunity to sit in on multiple sessions covering impactful topics like boiler safety, positive communication, integrating AI in the workplace, and empowering leadership at every level.

The day wrapped up with an inspiring fireside chat focused on igniting confidence followed by a great networking reception where they had a chance to connect with other industry professionals.

Day 1 was a success! It kicked off with an insightful pre-conference session on NBIC Inspection Code & Changes, followed by an incredible tour of the Ever-Green Energy Plant in St Paul and wrapped up with a meaningful Fireside Chat & Dessert Social.

It is inspiring to be surrounded by so many talented and driven women in the boiler industry who are leading with innovation and purpose.
