Following OSHA Safe & Sound Week, there’s no better time to recognize Ken Hurley, RP Rent’s Safety & DOT Compliance Manager, and his commitment to workplace safety.

Ken joined the RP team last October with more than 35 years of industry experience and has been the driving force behind our safety initiatives ever since. Recently, Ken completed his Certified Director of Safety (CDS) with NATMI and has developed a dedicated strategy to preventing risk and workplace injuries.

At the heart of Ken’s strategy is a clear mission: Eliminate all preventable injuries and make sure every team member gets home safe to their family every day.

That means 360° awareness, proactive Risk Prevention, communicating openly, and working together to identify hazards before they become accidents.

Through proactive training, education, and continuous learning, Ken continues to raise the standard for day-to-day safety operations while reinforcing an important message: safety is everyone’s responsibility.
