Last week, we hosted tastings in Paso Robles, Sonoma, and Napa showcasing our new 𝗖𝗼𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 barrel from 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Dr. Glycine Bonneville-Jiang, Oak Research & Development Specialist, shared insights on oak heartwood science before guests experienced the results firsthand through a barrel tasting. Thank you to everyone who joined us to explore the intersection of oak science and winemaking. We'll be sharing our research paper on this topic with all attendees. As 2025 comes to a close, we reflect on a meaningful weekend this fall at ¡Salud! The Oregon Pinot Noir Auction.

The Gala and live auction highlighted the very best of Oregon Pinot Noir, with cuvées crafted specifically for the event. Funds raised directly support accessible, affordable healthcare for vineyard stewards and their families.

During the Pinot Party at Domaine Serene, guests tasted exceptional barrels from the 2024 vintage. Barrel Consultants Karen Prusinowski and Karolyn Wright represented Cooperages 1912, engaging with clients and supporting an important cause within the wine community.
