Got a nice little jump on this project. Tooled up and got a couple made to refine the process. Still have 5 more to turn with different bores and some milling for set screws. We love working with Acetal! Although it gets everywhere 😣

Preparing this 3.5" acetal for some boring and turning after the new year ! Making collars to hold sensor contacts for a growing printing company. They are converting to a "smart" system to increase efficiency and run 24/7 !

These along with 2 other batches of prototypes out the door ! Beein working over a month with the customer to get it just right. All together over 100 pieces in this order! That's a good friday in our book.
