We’re pleased to welcome Juliana Lister to FAMCO as our new HR Coordinator!
Since arriving at FAMCO, Juliana has been especially impressed by the company’s commitment to creating a strong workplace culture and ensuring employees feel welcomed and supported from day one.
During her first week, FAMCO’s managers took the time to meet with Juliana individually, introduce themselves, explain their roles, and learn more about her experience. For Juliana, those conversations demonstrated that FAMCO’s family values are more than words—they are reflected in how our team works together every day.
In her new role, Juliana looks forward to expanding her knowledge of employee benefits and recruiting, while building meaningful relationships throughout the company. Her goal is to help foster an environment where employees feel comfortable, valued, and supported.
