Located in Muskegon, Michigan, we are a multi-location, fully integrated manufacturer of aluminum die castings, zinc die castings, mechanical assemblies and injected molded plastics.

Port City Division is dedicated to delivering the highest quality and best value products to our customers, on time. We are committed to continuous improvement through our Quality Management Systems in order to exceed the expectations of the customers we serve.

Port City Division focuses on strong communication and attention to detail to provide the best in aluminum die casting. From our Muskegon, MI offices we are able to service a variety of national industries including companies that specialize in engineering, purchasing, medical, marine, automotive, and lighting. Additionally, our plastic components can be sold individually, or assembled onto a casting. We provide a quality record with strong up-front engineering support in a large company setting, however, we remain focused on individualized manufacturing locations to meet each customer's needs in a timely and supportive manner.

PCD assigns an engineer to your project from day one to manage from prototype through service. This reduces time and cost with effective management and produces optimum manufacturing productivity. Our team takes your prelim CAD files and transforms them into a cost-effective die casting. 3D modeling and mold-flow analysis is utilized in our process. Mold-flow analysis allows PCG to build the most efficient, dependable and long-lasting die the first time around. First, our team analyzes the designed gating ratio prior to tooling. This increases the success rate at initial tool sampling. We can review potential problem areas and establish proper cooling and process that ensures a quality product.
