THE ALTERNATIVE TO GALVANIZING™ consists of two unique anti-corrosive processes that have the performance of galvanizing without the cost and weight: CORSOL® Metal Treatment System and PRP Metal Polymerization™. Both systems are protecting over one million vehicle components in service today from magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, rock chipping, acid rain and extreme temperatures.

PRP Metal Polymerization™ is a proprietary multiple step chemical process resulting in a molecular bond between a co-polymer and the base metal. PRP MP is time tested, unique and is especially beneficial for structural steel applications requiring high corrosion and chip resistance due to extreme conditions. There is no equivalent on the market to date.

CORSOL® Metal Treatment System is a proprietary chemical process in which an acrylic co-polymer is molecularly bonded to the metal substrate. This metal treatment system allows for unmatched corrosion protection of even the most difficult substrates, such as hot rolled steel, without the need for mill scale removal. This process prevents corrosion from blistering, peeling and undercutting the surface.
