📸 Then & Now: A Foundry Story 28 Years in the Making

The first photo captures the installation of our Sinto molding machine in April 1997. The second shows the installation of our newest molding machine in December 2025.

Nearly three decades apart, these images tell a bigger story than equipment upgrades. They represent continuity, investment, and family leadership—with three generations of ownership standing together in the 2025 photo.

From the challenges and ambitions of 1997 to the technology and opportunities of today, one thing has remained constant: a commitment to building a strong future for our company, our employees, and our customers.

Century Foundry is looking for General Labor employees to work within our three plants. We're looking for employees that have a teamwork mentality that will be able to work in multiple different areas.

Must Haves:
- Good Attendance
- Good Attitude
- Teamwork Mentality
- Manufacturing experience

Additional Experience (not required)
- Permanent mold casting experience
- Aluminum pouring experience
- Roto-Lift molding experience
- Barinder operator experience
- Casting Grinding experience

The additional experience is not required, but if you have some or all of these, it will help on the per hour wage you will start with.

Century is seeking an operator to run our Barinder automated grinding machine. This operator needs to have experience running a Barinder or CNC style machine, loading/unloading fixtures and the ability to hand/belt grind castings. This position will allow overtime as necessary.

Must Haves:
- Experience with a Barinder or CNC style machine
- Ability to hand grind and belt grind castings
- Ability to maintain a consistent hourly rate
- Self Starter

Nice to Have:
- Foundry Experience
- Maintenance or Troubleshooting experience
- Programming Experience
- Fixture setup experience

Century is seeking a Tig welder to assist with our production. This position would primarily sit in our 2524 Park st. location, but may be asked to help out in our other plants.

Must haves:
- Tig welding experience
- Attention to detail
- Team mentality

Nice to Have:
- Tig Experience in an aluminum foundry
- Tig welding certification
