Industrial Scale has been servicing both Wisconsin & Illinois businesses since 1969. We are looking for a Service Technician (no experience required) to work Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. This position entails the installation, inspection, maintenance and repairing of mechanical / electronic weighing equipment. Technicians work alone but are also paired up at times for specific jobs. Work conditions are diverse and include foundries, manufacturing, food and medical facilities to list a few. A large portion of training is conducted on the job.

Employment Type: Full-Time – Minimum 40 hours.

Responsibilities:
- 6 to 8 Hour Work Day With Full Pay: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM To 4:30 PM - some days will end early with full pay.
- Must Be Capable Of Working Occasional Overtime & Possible After Hours / Weekends For Trouble Calls - weekends are extremely rare.
- Tools provided
- Driving To Customers In Both Southern Wisconsin & Northern Illinois Daily For Service / Calibration
- Installing, Setup, Inspecting, Maintaining, Repairing Of Mechanical & Electronic Weighing Equipment Both In The Field & In The Shop.
- Must Pass Wisconsin & Illinois Weights & Measures & Re-Certifications When Required
- Technicians May Also Be In The Shop Maintaining Rental & Inventory Equipment
*Service Van Must Be Kept Clean & Respectable*

Minimum Qualifications:
- No Experience Required – We Will Do In Shop Training & On The Job Training
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent
- Must Be Punctual, Have A Neat Clean Appearance, Hardworking & A Willingness To Learn
- Must Be Physically Able To Lift 50 Pound Weights On A Daily Basis
- Ability To Read & Understand Service / Maintenance Manuals & Diagrams
- Good Communication & Customer Service Skills
