Custom boat lift beam and cradle system fabricated and installed on Wheeler Lake. This H-beam and cradle assembly was built specifically for a 24’ pontoon and features a 6,500 lb lift system. The cradle is constructed from 4” channel iron and weighs approximately 750 lbs, delivering exceptional strength and durability. Designed for long-term performance in demanding marine environments.

Pulled up to Big Dan’s and found this legend laid out like he just finished a double shift. Gave him a little TLC, stood him back up on his feet, and now he’s back on duty hyping everybody up telling them “YOU LOOK GREAT!” 👍

‼️Emergency Forklift Ramp Repair‼️
A new customer contacted us after multiple ramp failures left them unable to unload incoming trucks. Connected R Welding responded immediately and was on site within the hour to assess the situation and complete the necessary repairs, minimizing downtime and restoring safe operations.

This robust residential staircase and platform are meticulously designed and constructed for durability and longevity. Weighing around 3,000 pounds, it reaches a height of 15 feet and spans approximately 20 feet in length. With a width of 42 inches, the staircase features sturdy diamond plate treads for enhanced safety and stability. Built in two sections, it has been assembled on-site and incudes a sleek gloss black finish!

This project consists of approximately 5 1/2 tons of steel, 850 square feet of B decking and structural supports designed to support a thick concrete slab. Nineteen 4” x 8” x 1/4” wall supports span the width of the area to effectively accommodate the weight of the slab. Beneath these beams, a central support has been welded on-site and fastened to the slab below to enhance stability and strength. Heavy-duty B decking has been installed atop all beams, providing a foundation that is ready for the concrete!

120’ of pipe handrails built and installed in Florence, AL. These railings are designed to comply with ADA standards for sloping concrete, ensuring safety and accessibility. Additionally, the rails were core drilled into the concrete to enhance stability and ensure the durability of the product.
