Stanley Consultants has a long history of supporting complex defense and infrastructure needs across the Indo-Pacific Region through our established presence in Guam.

A new machine gun range, located near Andersen AFB’s Northwest Field, also supports Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz training needs. The project recently earned a Top Overall Excellence in Construction Award from the Guam Contractors Association.

We contributed to this mission-critical project as part of the ASMD Joint Venture, providing early planning, design services and construction support to the telecommunications architecture.

– The Baylor University Memorial to Enslaved Persons received the Honor Award for Excellence in Landscape Architecture for General Design from Society for College and University Planning (SCUP)!

This project transformed a prominent campus space into a place for reflection and education, honoring the enslaved individuals connected to Baylor University’s founding and early construction.

We provided MEP engineering services for this meaningful project, supporting utility coordination, power distribution, site lighting integration, drainage and water feature systems within an active campus environment.

The City of DeBary is using data to better understand where its infrastructure and future developments are most vulnerable to flooding and storm surge.

Through a comprehensive Climate Vulnerability Assessment, we identified vulnerable public assets and development areas to inform the city's infrastructure upgrades and land use decisions. The findings also guided important updates to DeBary’s proposed 2045 Comprehensive Plan.

The effort was recognized with a 2025 Business Achievement Award from the Climate Change Business Journal.

– Since 2013, we have helped Texas A&M University manage stormwater across its campuses.

With extensive development occurring on the West Texas A&M Campus, we focused heavily on nearby White Creek, refining hydrologic models, assessing runoff impacts and identifying regional detention strategies to help limit discharge to predevelopment levels.

We also performed stream stabilization, stormwater improvements and drainage support at locations across the university, including Polo Field, to protect infrastructure and preserve valuable campus streams.

: An international pizza chain needed a clearer view of climate risk across its most exposed sites. Our experts at Resilient Analytics, a Stanley Consultants company, analyzed 69 climate-sensitive locations in North America and the UK, assessing risks from heat, heavy precipitation, wildfire, drought, flooding and rising cooling demand.

The results helped pinpoint operational vulnerabilities and gave leadership a clearer basis for facility planning and capital investments.

Learn more about the project:

Resilient Analytics partnered with the pizza chain to conduct an extensive climate scenario analysis using the latest Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 6 (CMIP6) climate model projection dataset.

As growth accelerates across the U.S., traffic congestion is increasingly a geometry problem — not simply a capacity one. The most resilient transportation networks are those planned and designed with geometry as a central principle, not an afterthought.

Our latest blog breaks down what that looks like in practice: https://ow.ly/WmeJ50Z55Zp

As roadway demands grow more complex, long-term performance depends on geometry, resilience, and smarter traffic planning and design – not just increasing capacity.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s PFAS OUT initiative is pushing water systems across the country to address PFOA and PFOS now, with a focus on early action and support for communities that need it most.

Many utilities are moving past the wait-and-see phase and starting to plan how to deal with these forever chemicals.

Now’s the time to get a plan in place: https://ow.ly/h9Eb50YOFwe
