Job Description
Production / Assembly Laborer
Framing, Assembly, Manufacturing of Roof Trusses, Wall Panels and Floor Trusses
1st Shift - 5am-2pm M-F ($16 - $22 per hour)
2nd Shift - 2:30pm-11:30pm M-F ($18 - $22 per hour)
Full Insurance Package (Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Aflac, 401k Retirement with match)
Requirements
Production / Assembly Laborer Expectations (1st or 2nd Shift)
Maintain safety as top priority in all daily actions
Work effectively in teams to achieve shared goals
Exhibit positive and supportive attitude at all times
Promote sense of urgency to assist team
Use tools such as hammer, nail/staple gun, tape measure to consistently produce quality roof trusses, wall panels and floor trusses in safe and efficient manner
