Exciting News for the US Lenticular Printing Industry:
JacoTech is manufacturing two new lenticular cylinder engraved pattern molds for major US sheet extruder. 1) 100 lpi / 14 mil gauge Universal PETG/APET lenticular material, and B) 100 lpi / 22 mil gauge (3D) PETG/APET lenticular material. Availability of new materials approximately June 2026.

We are seeking open CNC Machine Time for our overflow work.

The minimum specifications include:

- Machine brands: Newer Mori-Seki or Mazak, etc.
- Minimum 2-axis Z/X
- 20” swing x 2 or 3 meters wide machine size
- Macro option capabilities required
- We pre-purchase 30 hour blocks of machine time per project.
- We provide parts, materials, tooling and cnc senior technicians with programs; and pay handsome machine hourly rates to you.
