Carbon black. Graphite. Nickel and lithium-based powders. On paper, these look like ordinary fine powders. In a feeder, they behave nothing alike.
Free-flowing materials move predictably through a standard rotary valve. Cohesive battery powders bridge over the inlet, rathole through the center, or pack into the rotor pockets and stall discharge.
