Faithfulness. Dedication. Hard workers. Loyal. Committed.
These are all words that come to mind as I sit and reflect on today.
We have learned over the years that putting God first, makes the biggest difference not only in our business but in the lives of our employees. Each Monday, our office staff starts off the weekly production meeting with a devotional and prayer. We pray for daily guidance, we pray for each other, we pray for our employees and their families, we pray for our customers. But most of all, we pray that God would be glorified in every decision, every conversation, every job. We have seen God’s faithfulness and his blessings time and time again.
Every year, we host a lunch for our shop and office crew, and a dinner for our field crew to try to show them how much they are appreciated. The past few years we have opened it up to their families and have enjoyed connecting with everyone on a personal level, creating what feels like the biggest, strongest family you could ever be a part of. Over 80% of our staff have been with us for 5 years or more and we have watched many of our employee’s children grow up. One of our Senior staff members retired this year with over 30 years of service.
Faithfulness and dedication.
We have the best employees we could have ever dreamed of having. We could never repay their dedication to P & A Welding so today we attempted to show how much we appreciate them and their families. The time went by so fast, I was only able to snap a couple pictures.
P & A Welding staff, thank you, again and again, for your part in making us who we are today. We love each and every one of you and pray that God will continue to bless you and your families.
