Systems and Logistics Clerk Job Opening!
About the Position
The Systems & Logistics Clerk will be responsible for maintaining designated systems and physical inventory, transactions, and records as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
• Enriched consistency and accuracy of Inventory by helping implement policy and procedures for ERP system.
• Prepare monthly physical inventory count result analysis for Manager review
• Responsible for Finished Goods Count accuracy.
• Ensure transactional integrity for Finished Goods processing through the process flow of the product.
• Work directly with the Systems Analyst as needed to improve Finished Goods Transactional Integrity.
• Works with other departments to define and maintain data structure for Kanban keep fill quantities and efficient Job production quantities.
• Coordinate with Shop Floor Employees to record issuance of inventory transfers.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, or any related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous ERP Inventory and Scheduling experience desired.
Other Required Skills:
• Excellent Math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous Inventory Control experience desired.

Machinist Job Opening!
About the Position
Under limited supervision, must be able to set up and operate different types of machine tools such as manual Mill’s, CNC Mill’s, drill presses, lathes, etc., on machining operations of moderate complexity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions of procedures to accurately manufacture equipment and products.
· Utilize measuring tools such as Tape measure, Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Pin Gauges, etc.
· Communicate with inspection to ensure parts are made to print in accordance with ISO standards
Education and/or Experience:
• Proven experience as machinist.
• Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements.
• HAAS and Mill experience preferred.
