Employee Spotlight: Devin Cooper

Today's spotlight is delivery driver Devin Cooper! Devin has been at Mountain View Lumber Co. for 5 years!

Devin has an incredible life story of resurrection. He went from the darkest days of evil and certain death to getting clean and becoming the loyal and honorable family man he is today through his Faith.

In his free time Devin enjoys shooting his bow and loves hunting deer. When Devin walks in the woods with his bow in hand, no deer is safe. Big or SMALL Devin likes to eat them all (I have proof!)

Employee Spotlight: Todd Corbin

Todd has been at Mountain View Lumber Co. for 17 years! He is currently our office bookkeeper. Sadly, Todd will be leaving us at the end of the month 😢. We would like to thank Todd for his loyalty and wish him good luck in his next chapter of life. Keep an eye out as Todd pursues his dream of opening his own bread bakery, Corbin's Crust & Crumb in Willow Springs!

Aside from baking bread, Todd has been known to travel long distances for good Mexican food. He also enjoys video games and playing with his kitties.

Employee Spotlight: Heath Wood

Heath is a 19 year employee of Mountain View Lumber Co.!

Head of our paint department, Heath is a Valspar certified mixologist.

Heath is a man of many hobbies. He is a published outdoor writer and enjoys hiking with his wife Faron (aka Sheila) and son Carson on the weekends.

He is also a talented musician. Speaking of which, I would like my Britney Spears cd back Heath! 😉 10 years is long enough!

Employee Spotlight: Andrew Snider

Andrew has been with Mountain View Lumber Co. for 20 years. He has a passion for sharing his knowledge and helping customers.

If Andrew is not around, there is a good chance he is on a cruise ship with his wife and two boys. Andrew loves to cook and is an expert at finding a good cup of coffee.

Employee Spotlight: Steve Pelate

Steve Pelate has been a Mountain View Lumber Co. employee for a total of 22 years!

Pelate is head of our Plumbing department. Aside from ordering our plumbing products, he is an amateur meteorologist and YouTube connoisseur.

Pelate is a man of habit and punctuality. If he's on time, he is late. Behind that tough exterior is a man who will do almost anything for his friends, family and coworkers.

Employee Spotlight: Charlie Weaver

Another long time employee, Charlie has been at the Mountain View Lumber Co. for 24 years!

No matter when you come into the lumber yard, there's a good chance you'll be greeted by a smile on Charlie's face...(and a sandwich in his hand.)

Charlie is a man of many suits for the company. He's done everything from driving trucks to head of our Electrical department and even maintenance projects around the store.

If Charlie looks like he just came stumbling out of the woods, it's because he probably did. He is a curious person who loves exploring and understanding the outdoors.
