Employee Spotlight: Jennifer Jennings

Please welcome our newest Mountain View Lumber Co. employee, bookkeeper Jennifer Jennings!

We pray she has an infinite amount of patience, because trying to keep up with this ruckus crew is a tall task! 🙏

Jennifer and her husband Jason operate a greenhouse. She loves her family, Jesus and coffee. Not necessarily in that order though.

By the way Jennifer, we're still waiting for the new employee to bring in breakfast 👀

Employee Spotlight: Kal Acklin

Baby Kal Kal has been a Mountain View Lumber Co. summertime employee for 4 years!

Kal is going into his Senior year at Evangel, pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. He also plays Linebacker on the school's football team.

Known as having the softest hands at the lumber yard, Kal is usually found napping somewhere 😂

Actually, the truth is, we are lucky to have Kal. He is an amazing young man who is always working hard and willing to help where needed. Kal is the grandson of lumber yard legend Bob Acklin, and Bob would be so proud of him. We are!

Employee Spotlight: Drew Ripko

Today's spotlight is Drew Ripko! Drew has been helping out Mountain View Lumber Co. in the summer for 4 years!

They dont get better than Drew folks. He's such a hard working and respectful young man. We wish Drew the best of luck because in a couple weeks he will be leaving us to pursue his career in the construction field. We've definitely been lucky to have him these 4 years!

Out of every employee spotlight we've done Drew was the most excited about his. He kept asking almost everyday when his turn was going to be. Well, today he came skipping into work with joy😂!

Employee Spotlight: Tyler Watts

Up next, we have delivery driver Tyler! He has been employed at Mountain View Lumber Co. for 2 years!

Tyler is an avid deer/turkey hunter. If he hasn't already asked you for permission to hunt while delivering your supplies, he probably will. 😊 He likes to brag about shooting the biggest buck or turkey at the lumber yard, but somebody beat him this spring...and he's sad😢.

In all seriousness, Tyler is a great addition to the crew! He is a fantastic father and dang good cook too.
