A bit of an exciting post this evening! The first project from Andy's Welding and Fabrication LLC is almost complete. It's officially a veteran owned and veteran operated Welding and Fabrication shop. So for this particular project I made two stands. I made one a little different from the other. The taller one I did about 2 1/5 inches in for each leg and the little one I only did 1 1/2. It made a very big difference in the outcome. You can tell this just by looking at them. There are a couple different processes I could have used for this build, but I used TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) this produces a very fine weld with no clean up needed, and it doesn't splatter all over the place. Here are some pictures of this little project I did. I also painted them black. Big shout out to Ann Jones for this little project. More to come!!!

Just a little something that I was building at work. I work with galvanized steel piping in these pictures, I am building a 4ft by 33in fence gate. I might be posting a video talking about the different procedures I use and how the interact with different metals.

My name is Andrew Ryman, I got out of the United States Marine Corps in 2020. After getting out of the military, I immediately went to welding school at Johnson College in Scranton. I graduated with D1.1 welding qualifications for structural steel. I can weld anything from aluminum to stainless steel and anything in between. You name it I can weld it!
