DON'T WAIT TILL ITS TO LATE PROTECT YOUR HOME AND VALUABLES. *PRICE REDUCED*. (FIRE AND BURGLAR ALARM) This is a 2 patrician panel. Meaning it basically can do 2 homes or businesses. It is top of the line Ademco and comes with a wireless gsm like your cell phone it does not need a phone line to call the police or fire department. It uses the cellular network. Though it does have the option to use a land line. There is nothing wrong with it. And it has enough Smoke alarms, window, door, motions, sirens, and keypads to do a large house. It came out of a 2400 square foot home. Being that I worked for a alarm company it has all the bells and whistles. Installations can be arranged. And it will work without being monitored. However I suggest you use a monitoring company like EST they are very reasonable on their monthly charge. And if your alarm goes off either due to unauthorized entrance or a smoke alarm the police or fire department will show up quick. Otherwise you just have a few extremely loud sirens that will usually scare of any perps, But that wont protect you from a fire. $500 obo. will consider trades.
