🤝 Essentials for a Better Workday: Building Relationships! 🤝

A better workday starts with more than the work we do — it starts with the relationships we build along the way!

Our team enjoyed attending a client appreciation event for Higher Information Group, taking time to connect, share conversations, and celebrate the partnerships that help us succeed. We’re grateful for the invite and continued partnership.

Because at the end of the day, great partnerships are essential for a better workday!

🚧💰 BUILDING PAYCHECKS, ONE PAYROLL AT A TIME! 💰🚧

We may be a little late to the National Payroll Week celebration… but around here, we know good work is worth celebrating every week! 👏

Today, we’re giving a BIG shoutout to Ashley Grace in Payroll! 🎉

While our crews are busy building roads, bridges, sidewalks, and keeping traffic safe, Ashley is behind the scenes building accurate payrolls and making sure our team gets paid accurately and on time. 🏗️💵

Her attention to detail, dedication, and commitment help keep one of our most important operations on solid ground! 👷‍♀️📋

Because when payroll is done right, the whole operation runs a little smoother. 😉

Ashley, thank you for helping keep our payroll on track, our numbers squared away, and our team moving forward! We appreciate you not just during National Payroll Week, but EVERY week! ❤️

🔨 You build the paycheck. We’ll take care of the rest.

🚧 Construction Su***de Prevention Week 2026 🚧

Last week, we took a stand—not just for safety on the jobsite, but for the people behind the hard hats.

Our team, from the field to the office, participated in the National Stand-Down to Prevent Su***de and used our weekly toolbox talks to have important conversations about mental health and well-being, including:

💬 Money & Mental Health – Understanding how financial stress can affect our well-being
🤝 How to Seek Help – Knowing when and where to reach out
💪 Redefining TOUGH – Because asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness
📱 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline – Knowing that help is available 24/7
😴 Sleep Hygiene – Prioritizing rest as an important part of mental and physical health

In construction, we’re taught to look out for hazards, speak up when something doesn’t seem right, and never leave a teammate behind.

Mental health deserves that same attention.

Last week—and every week—let’s check in on our coworkers, our friends, our families, and ourselves.

All people matter. Our conversations matter. And no one has to face a difficult time alone. 💙

🇺🇸 Never Forget

Today, we honor and remember the lives lost on September 11th, 2001.

We also honor the brave first responders, service members, and the everyday Americans who stepped forward to help when our country needed it the most.

Their courage, sacrifice, and strength will never be forgotten.

United we stand. America strong. 🇺🇸
