We have a cnc burn table/plasma cutter, press brakes, steel blast room, paint room, steam clean room, cnc lathes, cnc vertical mills and cnc horizontal mills. As we continue to expand into new markets, we are adding equipment to keep processes in house. This keeps lead times down and we can control how parts are made.

Job Summary:

Job Summary:
The Horizontal Boring Machine (HBM) Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining horizontal boring machines to perform machining operations on metal workpieces according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings.

1. Set up and operate horizontal boring machines (manual or CNC) to bore, drill, mill, and face metal workpieces.

Job opening for a Welder
SUMMARY
The Welder is responsible for fabricating and welding components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role involves the use of MIG welding techniques (primarily dual-shield), reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality welds in various positions. The position also requires the safe operation of tools and equipment while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Fabricate and weld steel parts using MIG welding with dual-shield wire.
2. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and weld symbols to assemble components accurately.
3. Monitor welding processes to prevent warping, overheating, and material distortion.
4. Inspect materials and equipment for defects; notify supervisor of faulty items.
5. Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
6. Weld with hard-surfacing wire as needed.
7. Operate cutting tools, including air arc gouging and track torch equipment.
8. Maintain and secure all welding tools and work materials.
9. Lock out/tag out equipment when not in use or when unsafe to operate.
