We are looking for a commercially minded Finance professional to join our growing team in Mt. Vernon, MO.

In this role, you will:
- Act as a trusted partner to operational teams, providing financial insight to support decision making
- Drive adherence to the annual operating plan and improve financial discipline
- Lead monthly operating reviews and ensure consistency in financial reporting
- Strengthen accountability across the business for financial performance

What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years’ experience across accounting, FP&A, or management reporting within a manufacturing environment
