Here’s the latest build I’ve been working on. Someone previously did a sas on it. It was all leafs and worked okay for what it was but my customer wanted to take it to the next level. It’s now getting full hydro, 3 link w/coil overs, belly protection, bumpers, sliders, stainless exhaus and a pile of other goodies.

It’s raining so I couldn’t get it out in the sunlight for pictures but my work here is done. It’s been a mad dash to finish all the little details. This will be #9 to come out of my shop and I’m proud to say almost no design feature on any of them has been the same.

Headlight housings on the .I built these to utilize the customer supplied KFX450 headlights. They have built in adjusters to aim them similar to an automotive headlight. Pretty trick setup.

Wrapped up the dash on the trail bouncer this week. Getting super close to heading home to the owner to be finished out!

Fender headers I built for the 440. Chrysler has a rectangle port on these heads so I made a little die that I pressed into the end of the 1.75” tube. It’s just 4 layers of .25 plate laminated together and shaped with a belt grinder. Quick and dirty but did the trick.
