The Town of Mount Pleasant is honoring visionary community leader Kenny Seamon with the new Kenny Mile Trail. A 1.25-mile segment of the Mount Pleasant Way designed to improve connectivity, create new opportunities for outdoor recreation, and bring people together.

From his work shaping the community’s neighborhoods, parks and public spaces to the creation of this new trail, Kenny’s influence can be seen throughout Mount Pleasant. The Kenny Mile will carry that legacy forward for generations to come.

The new Middle Tyger Education Center is officially open! This $19 million campus will expand access to early care and education by more than 300%, while creating a place for children and families to learn, grow, and thrive.

We loved celebrating this milestone with Middle Tyger Community Center and the incredible team that brought it to life.

Two years in a row at No. 1! 🏆

Camp Hall Commerce Park has once again been named the No. 1 Industrial Park in the Nation by Business Facilities Magazine.

SW+ has been part of Camp Hall’s story from the master planning of its 6,700 acres through multiple phases of development, helping bring the vision for this major Lowcountry project to life.

We’re thrilled to officially open the doors to our newest office in downtown Asheville, North Carolina.

Led by Austin Greenhalge and Shawn Sanes, PLA, our Asheville team brings deep local roots and expertise in civil engineering, landscape architecture, site design, and construction administration.

After years of supporting projects throughout the region, we’re proud to put down roots in Asheville and be even closer to the clients and communities we serve. This expansion is more than a new office, it’s an investment in Western North Carolina’s continued recovery, growth, and future.
