The company has grown from a tiny job shop staffed exclusively by the two owners in Owensville, Ohio to a newly constructed, modern 15,000 ft2 climate controlled manufacturing facility located in Mt. Orab (Greater Cincinnati), Ohio. The company now employs 25 people with aggressive plans for further expansion. was founded in 1997 by Scott Dalton and Steve Seibert. 70’s and early 1980’s at Cincinnati Milacron, then the world’s largest manufacturer of machine tools. The skills and philosophies learned there were never forgotten as the name of their new company reflected; they were “ex-Milacron” employees, hence “X-Mil Inc.” Steve Seibert and Scott Dalton comprise the Executive Board with Steve Seibert serving as President and Scott Dalton serving as Vice-President. The past ten years has shown a steady growth pattern culminating with the acquisition of 10 acres of land and construction of the new facility. X-Mil has expanded its machining sector into the following industries: aircraft engines, automotive specialty parts, material handling equipment, injection molding equipment, fabrication, and assembly. Additionally, X-Mil manufactures products for the medical, timekeeping, security, amusement park, and machine tool industries. As the business model has grown and developed, the name change indicated a new direction and expanded capabilities. X-Mil is no longer a job shop manufacturing parts for various industries, but a full service, professionally staffed enterprise, capable of solving your most your difficult manufacturing, engineering, or assembly needs.
