Work by Heeter Geotechnical Construction progresses on the Kentucky Lock Downstream Excavation project amid all the challenges that mother nature continues to throw our way. With an unseasonably wet winter and an early spring, our anchor and grouting crews press on. With recent breaks in the weather, excavation and drilling/blasting efforts have re-engaged as the work on site begins to ramp up.
