TECH TIP: Customers complaining of loud noises when the heatpump goes into a defrost cycle? Solve it using the reversing valve delay. Manufacture default is set to 30 seconds. Reduce the pressure in the system, reduce noise, and reduce customer concern and callbacks with one easy switch.
