Last Friday, May 15th, we were proud to award the 2026 Eddy Timmons Memorial Scholarship to a local student pursuing a career in the skilled trades 🎓 This year’s recipient will be attending Lake Technical College to pursue welding — a career path that reflects the hard work, dedication, and hands-on skill Eddy believed in so strongly.

If you know a local high school student interested in pursuing a skilled trade, please encourage them to apply for the Eddy Timmons Memorial Scholarship next spring! We would be honored to support them as they begin their chosen trade career.

Presenting this scholarship in Eddy’s memory continues to be incredibly meaningful to our family and business. We are deeply grateful for the support of our community and donors who help make this possible every year. Any individual or business who is interested in helping local high school graduates pursue a career in the skilled trades is welcome to donate while honoring Eddy Timmons' memory. Donations are tax deductible.

Detroit 6-71 blower rebuild—done right.

This blower was disassembled and cleaned at the component level. Bearings and seals were replaced, rotor clearances were measured and adjusted to spec, and final assembly was completed with close attention to fit and tolerance. Internal components were rebuilt and reinstalled to support proper airflow and performance.
