Recently, upgrades were made outside Plant 1, including replacing the concrete outside bays 2 & 3. This improvement provides a smoother surface for forklift traffic, helping ensure safer, more controlled operation and improved efficiency throughout our facility. We’re committed to continuously improving our facilities, supporting our team, and providing the best possible service to our customers.

Today, we remember and honor our longtime friend and colleague, Kathy Durst, who passed away on July 15, 2026.

For more than 44 years, Kathy was an important part of The Bradbury Company family. Throughout her career, she served in many roles, most notably as our Executive Sales Assistant. Whether she was working with employees, customers, vendors, or visitors, Kathy had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcome. She genuinely enjoyed getting to know people, and her kindness, joy, and infectious smile left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

We are especially grateful that we recently had the opportunity to celebrate Kathy's retirement alongside her family, friends, and coworkers. It was a great evening filled with laughter, stories, and appreciation for her many years of dedication and the countless lives she touched.

Kathy, thank you for your 44 years of commitment, friendship, and service to The Bradbury Company. Your legacy will live on through the people you impacted, and you will be deeply missed by so many.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Kathy's family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Congratulations to Tate Penner on officially signing to become a Registered Youth Machining Apprentice in the state of Kansas! This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting career in manufacturing, and we're proud to have Tate joining the Bradbury team. We also want to thank USD 460 - Hesston Schools and Hutchinson Community College for their partnership and support in helping make this opportunity possible. We're excited to see Tate develop his skills and gain valuable hands-on experience throughout his apprenticeship at Bradbury.

Congratulations Shonda Fast for being recognized at the Kansas Association of Career & Technical Education Summit in Overland Park. Shonda received both the Affiliate and State Award of Merit. These are awarded to groups or individuals who have contributed significantly to career and technical education. The Bradbury Group celebrated America's 250th Anniversary by hosting a cookout lunch for employees from The Bradbury Company, Custom Rollforming Corporation, and Marion Die & Fixture. We enjoyed a great meal together and handed out 250th Anniversary shirts to our employees.

We also want to recognize the hard work and dedication of our team. We truly appreciate everyone who continues to give their best, especially during these hot summer days.

As we celebrate 250 years of America, we're grateful for the opportunity to honor our country's history while recognizing the people who help make our company successful every day.

Back on May 29th, we hosted our annual charity golf tournament to raise money for local organizations in our communities. We were proud to support four local charities this year and look forward to seeing their continued growth and impact.
