Some machines just need to do the basic movement REALLY well, without the need for unnecessary moving parts. That’s what we’ve accomplished with our X-Press-O.

This shoulder press is built with the perfect converging movement path, back pad angle, and multiple grip options that are width adjustable.

Most shoulder press machines have various grip options; however, typically only one (1) of the two (2) feels right. With our width adjustment, everyone can use each and every grip option with comfort!

This machine’s footprint is extremely small just around 4’ x 4’.

Ability to load 45 lb plates on machine

Bent Over Row 💪 | Our Bent Over Row machine will put you in the perfect position! The movement of this machine is far superior to a traditional barbell row. Typically when performing a barbell bent over row, you are trying to perform the movement with strict form; however, sometimes the stability of the movement is not optimal. Using a barbell, you are typically limited by trying to keep the weight stable which also puts immense pressure on your lower back. With our Bent Over Row, you are able to perform a strict bent over row, with little to no back pain/pressure.

Benefits & Details of our Bent Over Row:

Great position for a bent over row that will not have members taking up squat racks.
Able to be used for Stiff - Leg Deadlifts (SLDs) and Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs).
Arcing movement path allows for optimal stretching of the lats.
Footprint is approximately 39” x 62”
